After graduating from the University of Texas School of Law, Andrea practiced real estate and title law in the Dallas area for three and a half years. Andrea then moved back to Austin and took the leap into entrepreneurship. She opened her real estate and title law office in May 2005.

As a fee attorney for Chicago Title Insurance Company, Andrea brings her unique expertise in real estate and title law to each transaction. She and her team are committed to exceeding their clients’ expectations and anticipating their needs.

Maria Lopez
Escrow Officer

After almost 20 years in the leasing and lending business, Maria attended Real Estate School in Arizona and decided to pursue a career in Title and Escrow. A year into the business she and her family moved back to Texas.

Maria joined The Law Offices of Andrea L. Bleau in November of 2005. She is a licensed escrow officer. She is a bilingual closer.

Maria is happily married and has two children, James and Heaven. Her outlook on life is succinctly described in Norman MacEwan’s words, “Happiness is not so much in having as sharing. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” She believes that life is all about helping others, which is why she prides herself in providing exceptional customer service to all our clients.

Melissa Eakman
Escrow Officer

Melissa brings over six years of real estate experience to the Law Offices of Andrea L. Lowry and Chicago Title Insurance Company. She has experience in commercial construction, as a real estate assistant and licensed Realtor, and in marketing and sales for a local custom home builder.

Born, raised, and educated in Austin, Melissa is a true native. She is recently married and enjoys many of the great activities Austin has to offer including running on local trails, listening to live music, and boating on Lake Austin. Melissa strives to provide superior customer service in a manner that is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Her goal is to exceed expectations and help each client achieve their real estate goals.

Rebecca Fritz
Escrow/Legal Assistant

A native of Austin, Rebecca grew up in South Austin and graduated from James Bowie High School in 1996. She attended ACC and Southern Careers Institute to become a Legal Assistant. She began her career working for the contracting company her family owns and operates. She then worked at an Austin law firm specializing in commercial real estate, bankruptcy and estate planning law. Her experience also includes work at the Attorney General’s Office in the Bankruptcy & Collections Division.

Rebecca joined The Law Offices of Andrea L. Lowry in May of 2007 as an escrow and legal assistant. She has one son, Caleb, who is 6 years old.
