Andrea is a real estate and title law attorney practicing since 2001, and the founder and president of Bleau & Associates, P.C., a Chicago Title Fee office. She is also a licensed Realtor®. Andrea comes from a strong family background of real estate professionals and investors, which inspired her to pursue real estate and title law and then open her own office. Andrea’s focus is her clients: she is committed to making the process as smooth as possible for them and exceeding their expectations. Born in California, Andrea grew up in Michigan and attended high school in Texas. She received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. in English with honors from The University of Texas at Austin. Andrea is an avid runner, having completed two full marathons and a number of local races.

Maria Lopez
Escrow Officer

Maria is a bilingual, licensed escrow officer at Bleau & Associates, P.C. She is also a trainer and often the point of contact when Andrea is not available. Prior to joining Andrea’s office, Maria worked for 20 years in the credit industry. With her unmistakably positive outlook on life, Maria focuses on helping others and prides herself in providing exceptional customer service. Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Maria’s family moved to San Antonio when she was three years old–she has called Texas home ever since. She moved to Austin and joined Lowry & Associates, P.C. in 2005. Maria completed a real estate program at Westwood College and attended St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. When not working, Maria’s focus is her heritage and her family, including her husband and two children, James and Heaven.
